黄凯律师毕业于复旦大学法学院，获法学学士学位和法学硕士学位，并于爱尔兰圣三一大学法学院获得法学硕士学位。现任上海市律师协会竞争与反垄断业务研究委员会副主任。

黄凯律师擅长数据与网络安全、公司合规、竞争法、收购兼并等方面的法律服务，特别是在合规领域，曾协助数十家跨国公司、上市公司和各行业内领先企业为其国内和跨国交易进行中国境内的经营者集中申报、提供反垄断、数据与网络安全等合规服务；所承办的项目涉及众多行业领域，包括但不限于汽车业、半导体、高端制造业、食品和医药、零售和物流等领域。

Mr. Huang graduated from the School of Law at Fudan University with a Bachelor of Law degree and a Master of Law degree, and also got a Master of Law degree from the School of Law of Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. He is currently acting as Deputy Director of the Competition and Antitrust Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.

Mr. Huang specializes in providing legal services in respect of data and cybersecurity, corporate compliance, competition law, Merger & Acquisition, etc. He has assisted dozens of multinational companies, listed companies and leading companies in various industries in the declaration of concentration of operators in China, and provided compliance services such as antitrust, data and cybersecurity. The projects he has undertaken involve many industries, including automotive, semiconductors, high-end manufacturing, food and medicine, retail and logistics, etc.
