Our Research Methods 调研评选方法
The 2015 LEGALBAND China 10 Best Law Firms to Work For are based on a weighted average research conducted by our independent research team. Data were collected from law firm partners, associates, law school students through online questionnaire, telephone calls, exclusive interviews and other measures. Our research covers areas including salary and promotion, culture and morale, work-life balance, professional trainings and brand recognition. When finalising the list of winners, we also take into account our long-term understanding of the legal market in China.
为评选本次2015年度中国最佳法律雇主10强，我们LEGALBAND独立调研团队通过包括但不限于电子问卷调查、电话调研、专访调研等方式获得了来自律师事务所合伙人、律师、在校法学院学生等近千份反馈记录。我们核心参考了事务所待遇及晋升、文化氛围、工作与生活的平衡、专业培训、品牌知名度等要素, 并结合我们对中国市场的长期观察最终确定了本次榜单。
All respondents were asked to provide their full names when completing the survey. We also tried to verify their responses by cross-validation to ensure the accuracy and objectivity. The winners are divided into two categories: PRC firms and international firms. They are ranked in alphabetical order.
受访者均被要求以实名方式提交问卷或调研反馈，我们再通过交叉调研等方式对反馈信息的真实性进行确认，从而保证调查的准确性和客观性。榜单分为中国律所和国际律所两个类别，按律所名称首字母顺序排列。
